Returns

- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@presentsghshop.cv with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. We will process exchanges for items of equal value. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
